Rutgers Signature Initiatives began as Rutgers Big Ideas, a university-wide effort to generate innovation and maximize diverse, variegated programs by coordinating them within powerful, combined initiatives. Our highest-priority initiative under this program is Dreams Fulfilled, which unites access-related programs and funds throughout Rutgers under one roof and seeks to expand them through new funding.
I led the creation of the Big Ideas brand and, in collaboration with talented internal and external partners, our team created and oversaw the development of all marketing and event collateral associated with it.
